Angela has worked in private practice physiotherapy clinics within New Zealand and Australia for 15 years. She completed her undergraduate degree in New Zealand at the University of Otago. Angela is one of the lucky ones that has found her passion and loves her "work"; it forms part of her identity.
Early in her career she completed her Credentialing in the McKenzie Method, while working within a McKenzie-based clinic and under the direction of an international lecturer. Angela is one of only three physiotherapists at this level on the Sunshine Coast. The McKenzie Method (also known as Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, M.D.T.) is a manual therapy that is used to treat the whole body and was initially developed to treat spinal related pain.
Angela has extensive post-graduate training, integrates many forms of manual therapy into her practice and she believes in a holistic approach to physiotherapy. She is highly experienced in clinical pilates, mobilisation & manipulative physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, dry needling and craniosacral therapy. Having a broad base of skills allows Angela to get you moving efficiently so you can put your focus back on your goals.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her partner and beautiful boys, Riley and Xavier; She loves cooking and eating(!), spending time with her boys in their vegetable garden and going camping. Angela has always enjoyed an active lifestyle, has played and coached netball for 12 years and currently enjoys yoga, spending time at the beach and bush walking with her family.

Dale is passionate about health and fitness. He has been in and around sport from a young age where he was predominantly involved with rugby and cricket and more recently bodybuilding and powerlifting. He loves all sport but none more than rugby and rugby league.
Dale has a national title in bodybuilding (NZ) and brings this dedication and enthusiasm to everything he does.
Dale has continued his professional development, becoming a TRX and Trigger Point Release certified trainer through PTA Global and is an Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) level 1 Coach.
He has successfully coached and trained many athletes competing in a full spectrum of sports including rugby, netball, cricket, bodybuilding, rugby league and golf. Dale enjoys all aspects of being a trainer; strength and conditioning, weight loss, muscle gain, injury rehabilitation and sports specific programming. He loves to see his clients get strong, active and mobile.
Dale really listens to you and will discover what motivates you so that together you can set meaningful goals. He will then develop an individualised training programme and facilitate your personal growth to allow you to become the best version of yourself.
With 16 years experience in the health and fitness industry, Dale has a vast knowledge base in exercise prescription and nutrition so you can be rest assured that you will be well looked after.
